Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day, safely packaged and dispatched from our Dutch warehouse.
We charge fair prices without hidden margins and therefore do not offer standard free shipping. Packaging and shipping costs vary depending on weight and size. For an exact overview, we refer you to our shipping policy page.
To process your payment quickly and securely, we accept iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card and PayPal. Unfortunately, it is not possible at Tormino to pay afterwards via Klarna or similar services.
You always have 14 days to reconsider your order. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it unused and in the original packaging. Please note that the shipping costs for the return shipment are at your own expense.
Always check the type and size of your current part. For chains and cassettes, the number of speeds is important. For brakes, you need to know whether you have disc or rim brakes. Use the filters on our collection pages to refine your choice.
