1. Right of Withdrawal

• Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receipt, providing a clear reason and when the order was placed in an EU country. We do not support returns made outside of the EU.

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must create a return in our return portal using one of the following links: https://tormino-tm.returnless.com

• Returns made outside of the given links are at the customers' own risk, Tormino takes no responsibility / is not responsible for returns done outside of the provided return link.

2. Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged or missing 20% ​​of the item's purchase price will be deducted from the total refund.

• Products sealed for hygiene or health reasons can only be returned if the seal remains intact.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• The cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer.

• If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt at our return warehouse and after inspection of the returned item.

• The purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method as the original order.
