2. What data do we collect?
We only collect data needed for processing your order and improving our service:
- Name, address, and contact details (for delivery and communication)
- Email address and phone number (for order confirmation and customer service)
- Payment data (processed via Shopify Payments or Mollie; we don't store bank details)
- IP address and browser data (for website security and optimization)
- Order history (for service and warranty handling)

- Processing and shipping your order
- Customer service and return or warranty handling
- Sending order confirmations and track and trace information
- Improving our website and services
- Newsletter (only with explicit consent; you can unsubscribe at any time)

4. Retention Period
We retain your personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Fiscal data is retained in accordance with the legal obligation of 7 years. Other data is deleted within 2 years after your last interaction, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
5. Sharing with Third Parties
We only share your data with:
- Carriers (PostNL, DPD, FedEx) — only name and address for delivery
- Payment providers (Shopify Payments, Mollie) — for processing payments
- Return processor — for processing return requests
- Shopify — as e-commerce platform for webshop management
These parties process your data exclusively on behalf of Tormino and in accordance with the GDPR.

Tormino takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or theft. All connections are SSL-encrypted and payment data is processed in accordance with PCI DSS Level 1 standards.

Do you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data? Contact us via support@tormino.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
10. Changes
Tormino reserves the right to change this privacy policy. The most current version is always available on this page. Changes that affect your rights will be communicated in a timely manner.
