Frequently asked questions
What happens if a product is out of stock?
Via our API you can query stock in real time. So you never sell a product that is not available.
Can I sell on Bol.com or Amazon?
Yes. Our datafeeds (CSV, JSON, XML) and API support all major marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
How are orders shipped?
We pack and ship neutrally without Tormino branding directly to your customer. Ordered before 12:00 = shipped next business day from the Netherlands.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no minimum order quantity. You order exactly what your customer ordered.
How does the prepaid wallet work?
You top up your wallet from EUR 100. Each order is automatically deducted. If the balance is insufficient, the order is rejected (HTTP 402).
Can I return B2B orders?
No. B2B and dropshipping orders are excluded from returns (Article 6). Our prices and discounts are based on this. For service questions, we are happy to help via support@tormino.com.
