This includes special handlebars, a specially-developed headset and a compatible stem or, if applicable, a handlebar-stem unit. Cables and hydraulic lines are routed internally from the cockpit into the frame and fork, while the handlebars remain fully rotatable. This not only gives it a clean look, but also significantly increases aerodynamics. SCR System SCR stands for Semi-integrated Cable Routing and refers to a cable routing system from FSA that enables the partial internal routing of cables in the road bike or MTB cockpit. It is suitable for all types of frames and contributes to a tidy appearance. Electric cables are routed through SCR handlebars and exit through a small opening on the underside of the SCR stem. Brake cables or hydraulic hoses are only routed through the handlebars.
