It is compatible with 1 1/8" top headset cups and comes with a bolt. The cap is made of aluminium and was deliberately designed to be flat, which also explains its low weight of only 6 grams. So that it visually matches any bike, it comes in neutral black. If you have lost your original top cap, here is an inexpensive replacement.
