Product Description The D-Light spokes from Sapim - great for MTB wheels The short 2 mm section of the Sapim D-Light J-Bend spoke - sold here in a pack of 20 - reduces weight, especially on the threaded side. The 2 mm-thick section starts at the beginning of the thread, which greatly reduces the rotational mass at the end of the spoke. This results in significant advantages in terms of the wheel's acceleration and braking properties. The middle section was broadened to 1.65 mm, making the D-Light much more rigid and torsion-resistant during lacing than if it had a 1.5 mm middle section. This facilitates the process of wheel construction.
