AdBlue är speciellt för alla fordon med Euro IV-, Euro V- eller Euro VI-motorer som är utrustade med ett SCR-avgasefterbehandlingssystem. Utan AdBlue uppfyller dessa fordon inte de lagstadgade utsläppskraven och fordonet kommer att gå över till nödkörningsprogrammet eller till och med inte starta alls.
