V Sunrise Lane ste izvajalec, ki bo gradil stanovanjsko območje. Poskušate izbrati najboljša zemljišča za gradnjo hiš. Igralna plošča je sestavljena iz mreže polj z različnimi vrednostmi od 1 do 5 v določeni barvi. Med potezo vzamete 2 barvni karti s kupčka za žrebanje in ju dodate svoji roki (z omejitvijo 5 kart v roki) ali zavržete karte, da zgradite zgradbo(e) na prostoru z ustrezno barvo karte, nato pa vzamete 1 novo karto. Ko zgradite stavbo, jo morate zgraditi poleg že obstoječe stavbe in zavreči eno ali več kart barve, ki ustreza prostoru, na katerem želite graditi. Igrate lahko največ 5 kart. Za vsako karto, ki jo igrate, lahko na igrišču zgradite 1 zgradbo. Nato prejmete število točk, ki je enako številu pik na polju, pomnoženo s številom zgradb, ki ste jih zgradili. Med potezo lahko zgradite več zgradb.
