Withdrawal and returns

14-day withdrawal, no reason needed. You may withdraw from your order within 14 days after you (or a third party you name, not the carrier) received the goods (the last item, if delivered separately). Tell us clearly (e-mail support@tormino.com or letter; the model withdrawal form on our page 'Withdrawal & returns' may be used but is not required); sending it before the period ends is enough. Return requests go through support@tormino.com only (or the ticket of the marketplace you ordered on).
Refund: within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, including standard outbound shipping (not extra cost of a more expensive delivery you chose), to the original payment method; we may wait until we have the goods back or you show proof of dispatch. Send the goods back within 14 days after withdrawing. You pay the direct cost of the return. We only deduct a loss in value if you handled the goods more than needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning, assessed case by case; there is no flat deduction.
Exceptions (with reason): perishable goods, newspapers and magazines, and made-to-order/personalised goods have no withdrawal right. For sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g. cosmetics, perfume, teats, swimwear, nappies, food) and sealed audio/video/software media, the right ends once the seal is broken after delivery. Reason: hygiene product: for hygiene reasons we cannot take it back after opening (statutory exception, art. 16 Directive 2011/83/EU).
Defects: statutory warranty applies (at least 2 years). If an item is faulty or wrong, we refund the return cost. Parcels lost or damaged in transit are replaced or refunded; transport risk is ours until delivery to you.
Withdraw online: use the 'Withdraw from contract' button at the bottom of every page to send your withdrawal directly; you receive an e-mail confirmation.
