At Tormino, all products carry a legal warranty in accordance with Dutch and European legislation — at least 2 years. In addition, many manufacturers offer an additional manufacturer's warranty. Below you can read all about your warranty and how to file a claim.

Legal warranty

All products you purchase from Tormino carry a legal warranty in accordance with Dutch and European legislation. This means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it. The legal warranty is valid for at least 2 years after purchase.

Manufacturer's warranty

In addition to the legal warranty, many manufacturers offer an additional manufacturer's warranty. The duration and terms vary by product and brand. View the product page or the enclosed documentation for the specific manufacturer's warranty.

When are you entitled to a warranty?

  • The product exhibits a defect not caused by incorrect use
  • The product does not match the description or specifications
  • The product was already damaged upon delivery (transport damage)
  • The product exhibits wear within the warranty period that is abnormal for its use

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Damage due to incorrect use, fall damage, or impacts
  • Normal wear and tear after prolonged use
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification
  • Cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality

Submitting a warranty claim

Discovered a defect within the warranty period? Please contact our customer service. We need the following information:

  • Jouw bestelnummer
  • A clear description of the problem
  • Photos of the defect (if possible)

After receiving your claim, we will assess it as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days. Depending on the problem, we offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

At least 2 years: Legal warranty is valid for at least 2 years after purchase on all products.

Original condition: The product must not be damaged by incorrect use or unauthorized repair.
