Product description The layered steel blade and beautiful cherry wood handle make this paring knife a striking item. The design is once again inspired by Sergio Herman's passion for Japanese craftsmanship, just like the other items in the Inku collection. In addition to the material, the focus of this knife set was on the different tasks performed with it. The set therefore consists of four different knives. The knives are not dishwasher safe. The blade length is 9 cm. Many of our creations are finished by hand. As a result, they may show irregular shapes, giving each piece a unique character.
