Product Description Mavic Allroad SL Carbon Wheelset – Light and Fast for Gravel Use The Mavic Allroad SL gravel wheelset features hookless 28" carbon rims that are 42 mm high, making them particularly aerodynamic. Thanks to a generous internal width of 25 mm, they can accommodate tires up to 64 mm wide. You can also run them tubeless, which offers advantages such as lower tire pressure, less weight, and more puncture protection. The carbon layup ensures an optimal balance between stiffness and shock and vibration absorption. At the same time, the oversized axles and bearings improve lateral stability. This makes the ride more dynamic and faster, without losing control on rough terrain. At the heart of the Allroad SL carbon wheels are Center Lock disc hubs with Infinity technology for optimized spoke engagement. The QRM auto bearing with automatic preload saves you cumbersome adjustment. At the rear, the Instant Drive 360 freehub ensures fast engagement. Although the wheelset is designed for thru-axles, it can also be converted to quick releases.
