This fiber optic patch cable is designed for creating short fiber optic connections between passive cabling ports and active network equipment within a structured cabling environment in accordance with ISO IEC 11801. The cable is designed as a duplex configuration with ST connectors on both sides and is suitable for multimode OM1 (62.5/125 µm) applications. The connection is an ST-ST fiber optic connection for point-to-point connections or for connecting patch panels to active network ports. The LSZH sheath is halogen-free and low-smoke in accordance with IEC standards. The cable features aramid strain relief for mechanical stability.
