V Sunrise Lane jste dodavatel, který se chystá postavit obytnou oblast. Snažíte se vybrat ty nejlepší pozemky, na kterých postavíte domy. Herní plán se skládá z mřížky polí s různými hodnotami od 1 do 5 v určité barvě. Během tahu si vezmete 2 barevné karty z dobíracího balíčku a přidáte je do ruky (s limitem 5 karet v ruce) nebo karty odhodíte a postavíte budovu (budovy) na poli s odpovídající barvou karty, poté si vezmete 1 novou kartu. Když stavíte budovu, musíte ji postavit vedle již existující budovy a odhodit 1 nebo více karet barvy odpovídající prostoru, na kterém chcete stavět. Můžete hrát maximálně s 5 kartami. Za každou kartu, kterou zahrajete, můžete na hřišti postavit 1 budovu. Poté obdržíte počet bodů, který se rovná počtu bodů na poli, vynásobený počtem budov, které jste postavili. Během tahu můžete postavit více budov.
