Terms & Conditions

Article 1 — Definitions

• Tormino: Tormino B.V., based in Noordwijkerhout, Netherlands
• Customer: the natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Tormino
• Product: the item ordered by the customer
• Agreement: the purchase agreement between Tormino and the customer

Article 2 — Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements between Tormino and the customer. Deviation conditions from the customer are only accepted if Tormino explicitly confirms this in writing.

Article 3 — Offers and Prices

• All prices are inclusive of 21% VAT in accordance with the EU One Stop Shop scheme
• Prices are subject to printing and typographical errors
• Tormino reserves the right to change prices; the price at the time of ordering is leading
• Shipping costs are not included and are shown separately at checkout
• There is no free shipping threshold; all orders are shipped at current rates

Article 4 — Ordering and Payment

• An order is completed after the customer has fully completed the ordering process and payment
• Tormino confirms the order by email with an order number
• Payment is made via the offered payment methods (iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay)
• No additional transaction fees are charged

Article 5 — Delivery

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day from ons Nederlandse magazijn
• Delivery times are indicative and serve as guidelines, not as deadlines
• Tormino is not liable for delays caused by the carrier
• After shipping, the customer receives a track-and-trace code by email

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day after receipt of the product.

• The return costs are at the customer's expense
• The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging
• Never stick the shipping label directly on the product packaging; always use a box or bag
• After receipt and inspection of the return, we refund the purchase amount within 5 business days

Article 7 — Warranty

All products carry the statutory warranty in accordance with Dutch and European legislation (minimum 2 years). In addition, manufacturers may offer a supplementary factory warranty. See our warranty terms for more information.

Article 8 — Liability

Tormino is only liable for direct damage arising from a failure attributable to Tormino. Indirect damage, including consequential damage, lost profit and missed savings, is excluded, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

Article 9 — Complaints

Complaints about products or services can be submitted via support@tormino.com or via our complaints procedure. Tormino strives to respond to complaints within 5 business days.

Article 10 — Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Tormino is established, unless the law dictates otherwise.
