Milquestra Kat 4tbl je širokopakterni Worming Sredstvo za mačke iz 2 kg. Temelji na aktivnih snovi milbemicin oksim in praziquantel. Sredstvo je učinkovito proti trakusjem (Ditylidium caninum, Taenia spp., Echinococcus multilocularis), kavlji (ancylostoma tubaeforme), rinsworms (toksokara cati) in srčne bolezni (Dirogaria immitis). Tablete za odstranjevanje dewormiranja je enostavno dajati, običajno le 1 tableto na žival. Imajo goveji okus in so široko delajo. Ta izdelek vsebuje najpogosteje uporabljene aktivne snovi za odstranjevanje na Nizozemskem. Odmerek je naslednji: 2-4kg: ½ tablete, 4-8kg: 1 tableta, 8-12 kg: 1½ tablete. Pogostost zdravila za črv je odvisna od dejavnikov, kot sta starost in okolica živali. V povprečju je to priporočljivo 4 -krat na leto.
