The press offers easy, one-person operation and combines the best of modern materials and old-world traditions. The oak barrel is maintenance-free, while the cast iron hardware is rust-resistant. A heavy cast iron screw rod with handles allows the user to stand over the barrel and use its center of gravity to apply extra pressure to extract more juice. The solid oak barrel sits atop a powder-coated steel base with a pour spout.
