You can easily heat up this compact heat pad in the microwave, without having to fill it with water: so no risk of leakage! The heat pad stores heat for up to eight hours and is covered with a black and white checkered fleece cover, which conducts heat well and ensures that the animal can lie comfortably on the heat pad. The removable cover has a velcro closure and can be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees. Extra handy: due to its flat, round shape, you can place the heat pad under the water bowl in winter, to prevent the water from cooling down and freezing.
