XealPro adheres perfectly to almost all building materials and can be used safely anywhere: natural stone, mirrors, sanitaryware, kitchen countertops. It is fully CE certified for all these applications. This new generation of sealing compound is based on environmentally friendly technology. Unlike previous generations of silicones, Xealpro contains no known toxic or harmful substances and is a completely MEKO-free silicone. Technical dataBase: neutral silicone. Odor: neutral. Shore A hardness (DIN 53505): 24. Modulus of elasticity at 100% elongation (DIN53504): 0.37 N/mm². Elongation at break (DIN 53504): 900%. Elastic recovery: >70%. Tensile strength (DIN53504): 1.40 N/mm². Movement capability: 25%. Consistency (ISO 7390): stable up to <2mm. Curing: by contact with air humidity. Application temperature: between +5°C and +40°C. Skin formation (at 23°C and 55% R.H.): 20-25 min. Curing through (at 23°C and 55%R.H.): 3 mm in 24 hours. Shrinkage (DIN EN ISO 10563): 0%. Paintable: no. Density at 23°C and 50% R.H.: 1.03 g/ml.
