Description

ABEC 3: A standard value used to measure the w tolerance of the surface of the roller bearings. There are five classes: 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9. The higher the ABEC class the greater the precision, efficiency and speed capability, but the highest ABEC classes are not necessarily the fastest rotating parts. All quality manufacturers around the world use at least ABEC 1 as standard. At Enduro the minimum standard is ABEC 3. ABEC 3: Steel balls Grade 10. Track in an alloy of chrome 52100 and high-quality carbon. ABEC 3 standard. Depending on their application, these bearings use LLU or LLB seals; even when marked with 2RS. LLU: Similar to our LLB type seals, the LLU is a contact seal in which the double "lips" are housed in a notch in the inner ring. Guaranteed better sealing, the seals are ideal for suspension pivots or headsets that are in constant contact with salt, sweat and dust. This better seal and the 2 "lips" help to retain 90% of the grease we use on the bearings, thus protecting it against moisture and continuously lubricating the balls and the ball track.

Item number 6809LLU EAN 810191013921 Brands Enduro Bearing outer diameter (mm) 58 Bearing inner diameter (mm) 45 Bearing height (mm) 7 Type ABEC 3 6809 LLU/CN - Radial Suspension Bearing ABEC-3 (CN clearance) Improve the performance of your bike with the 6809 LLU/CN radial suspension bearing, equipped with ABEC-3 precision and a deep-groove racing design. Equipped with Grade 10 balls and full contact, double-lip labyrinth (LLU) seals, it provides maximum protection against dirt, water and grime, while keeping 90% of the high-pressure Almagard grease filled for smooth operation. This size bearing is used, among other things, as a pivot point for the suspension by brands such as Devinci Cycles and Intense. Available in high-carbon chrome steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid and XD-15 with ceramic or stainless steel balls, our bearings are designed with the deepest grooves to accommodate larger balls and feature double-lip seals that form a complete labyrinth for superior protection against the elements. With a static load of up to 967 lbf (4.29 kN) and only 33.1 grams in weight, these bearings ensure durability and reliability for demanding mountain bike and enduro applications.
