The water-based water-repellent varnish is perfect for a wide range of decoupage projects and you can use it on wood, cardboard and plastic. . Our decoupage varnish has all the qualities that a decoupage varnish should have: It is great for napkins and cut-out paper, when the varnish is dry you can wipe them off, and you can use it both as a glue and as a medium. If you are using the varnish to make decoupage, apply the varnish, place the paper on top and let it dry. You can iron one or more layers over the surface, this will protect the paper and give it an extra attractive finish. Please note: if you are making decoupage with napkins, use only the top layer of the napkin and the surface should be white so that the motif stands out clearly.
