It is characterized by particularly high puncture protection and a lot of grip. Its Block-in-Block profile, with an inner lug that connects to the ground and an outer lug that provides support, increases stability. The compound was designed to provide traction, filter vibrations and still roll well. Protective panels have been incorporated into the side panels to provide more support and reduce the risk of cuts and chafing. At the same time, the tyre remains flexible, adaptable and fast. The 60 tpi fabric is durable while keeping weight down. Thanks to 2Bliss Ready technology, the Ground Control Grid T7 can also be mounted without a tube. It is a trail compound with good rolling characteristics which offers plenty of grip, filters high-frequency vibrations and allows for a smooth ride. Its damping properties are an optimal combination of energy conservation and pedalling efficiency. The " T" stands for " Tread Compound," and the number 7, on a scale from 1 to 10 (the extremes 1 and 10 do not exist), indicates the degree of damping and road grip, which in this case offers a very high (but not the maximum) value.
