Warriors of Virtue II: The Return to Tao je pokračováním původního filmu z roku 1997. Uplynulo několik let a na scéně se objevil nový padouch jménem "Dogon". Získal úplnou kontrolu nad Tao. Krátce poté, co Ryan (nyní 18 let) a jeho nejlepší kamarád Chucky dorazí na soutěž bojových umění v Pekingu v Číně, se ocitnou v paralelním světě „Země Tao“.
