How fast will my pool item arrive?
Order before 12:00 on weekdays and we ship the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Delivery typically takes 1-4 working days, including to Belgium and the rest of the EU.
How do I maintain my pool?
Combine a good filter pump with regular cleaning: remove leaves and debris with a skimmer or brush, check your water values and use the right chemicals. Our maintenance kits have everything in one box.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days you can return your order via our contact form. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
