This adjustable training bench with a weight rack and a dumbbell set is an excellent choice to train in the comfort of your own house, and saves you the hassle and the costs of a gym.

The adjustable, lined sofa can be placed diagonally and horizontally. You can choose one of the two positions to ensure that the bank meets your requirements. This sofa is suitable for houses and offices with limited space, because it can easily be stored vertically when it is not in use. The sturdy steel construction of the sofa ensures safety during training. The durable cotton -lined cushion offers the highest possible comfort.

The dumbbell set consists of solid chromed rods with fast-acting spring closures (for long dumbbell rod), anti-slip serrated handles and grooved screw caps (for barbells) for sturdy attachment of the weight discs. You can train without having to worry about safety issues. The weights are made of a robust polyethylene housing. They can be combined in different ways for different training purposes.
