The adjustable backrest is well-padded to ensure comfort during exercises. The weight bench folds easily after use, making it easier to store.

With a sturdy metal bar, the ergonomic dumbbell set has a total weight capacity of 30 kg. Thanks to the non-slip plastic handles, the dumbbells won't fall out of your hands. The screw caps have star-shaped bolts that ensure the weight plates always stay securely in place. The 16 weight plates are coated in durable plastic to minimize noise.

The barbell set contains 8 barbell plates with a total weight of 60 kg, these are also held in place by star-shaped bolts.
