The cast iron insert steak grill is ideal for searing the meat piping hot and gives the characteristic steak pattern on the meat. You can use the cast iron insert frying pan for frying potatoes, eggs and vegetables. By stir-frying in the cast-iron wok, the meat retains its juicy taste and the vegetables remain nice and crispy and have a beautiful color.
