No primer needs to be applied to the surface. Concrete Paste is more like paste than paint and is only suitable for indoor use. For a rougher surface use a palette knife and for a smoother finish a brush or sponge. Drying time: 2 hours. Cured after 24 hours. Stir before use. Coverage: 2 m²/L.
