Smoke detector remote control

This Kidde remote control is designed for wired operation of FireX smoke and heat detectors. The product is used to remotely test, hush, reset, and locate detectors via a fixed connection to a 230-volt junction box. The remote control features test, hush, reset, and locate functions. The hush function temporarily reduces the detector's sensitivity for 8 or 15 minutes. The reset function restores an alarm after activation, and the locate function can silence detectors without fire detection to pinpoint the source. The device cannot be used independently and requires a fixed mains connection.
