The Mirage crank shorteners offer a solution for various situations. They are suitable for pedals with 9/16 threads and have a width of 26 to 38 mm. The crank shorteners allow for a length adjustment of 2.5 or 5 centimeters. They are ideal for situations where a child's bike has been purchased for growth, there is a difference in leg length, or a smaller radius of rotation is desirable for training or knee recovery.
- 2 aluminum crank shorteners with left and right thread
- 2 stainless steel bolts for both left and right
- 4 rings
- 4 Allen screws: 4x 7mm, 4x 11mm, 4x 13mm
Assembly:
This set includes blocks with left- and right-hand threads. Place the appropriate shortener on the crank and tighten it securely with the included stainless steel bolts. Three sizes of Allen bolts are included; choose the correct size and tighten the bolts securely. Place the pedals in the crank shortener at the desired height. If the pedal threads are longer than the shortener's thickness, use the included spacers.
