Be careful! Drainage Your sink faucet is delivered in solid packaging to protect it from transport damage. The packaging is made of recyclable materials. For a connection pressure exceeding 6 bar, we recommend installing a pressure reducer. · Water temperature: max. 80°C. Installation instructions · Tighten the connection hoses by hand only. Do not use pliers or a wrench! · After installing the faucet, loosen the spray nozzle. Then let the hose and tap run for a while to flush away any contamination and residue. · Do not twist or apply tension to the hoses! Before using for the first time, check that all connections are tight! · After using for the first time, thoroughly check all connections to ensure they are securely fastened. · We do not offer any warranty for improper installation and any resulting damage! Care Instructions: Sanitary taps require special care. Therefore, please follow these instructions: · Chrome-plated surfaces are sensitive to limescale removers, acidic cleaning agents, and all types of abrasives. · Never clean colored surfaces with abrasive, corrosive, or alcohol-based agents. · Clean your taps only with clean water and a soft cloth or chamois. · Do not allow any cleaning agent to enter the cartridge housing, as this can cause the lever to become stiff and noisy. Remember to unscrew the spray nozzle regularly to remove any limescale and foreign matter. In case of severe contamination, it is recommended to replace the nozzle. Maintenance: A cartridge is a replaceable part and may need to be replaced every 1-2 years if the water contains a lot of limescale or dirt. Regularly check all connections for leaks and visible damage. Warranty Service The warranty covers, at our discretion, free repairs or free delivery of spare parts or a product of the same quality upon return of the defective part or product. If the model in question is no longer produced, we reserve the right to select a replacement product from our range that is most comparable to the returned model. Replaced products and parts become our property. Upon returning the product, the purchaser bears the costs and risks of transport, unless this is a warranty situation in accordance with the statutory warranty regulations. In the latter case, we will reimburse the transport costs. Reimbursement of costs for disassembly and assembly, inspection, and claims relating to lost profits and damage are excluded from the warranty, as are any further claims relating to damage and losses of any kind caused by the product or its use. 3. Warranty Period The warranty period is always the period stated on the label or packaging of each individual product. If no specific warranty is stated for a specific product, the warranty period is always 2 years from the date of purchase, with the date on the proof of purchase being binding. Exception: The durability of non-high-gloss chrome-plated surfaces, such as bronzed or colored surfaces; for this, the warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase. The date on the proof of purchase is also binding. The warranty period for the product will not be extended or renewed through warranty services. 5. German law applies to this warranty, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). 6. Severability Clause Should any of the provisions in the guidelines be or be rendered ineffective, in whole or in part, or should the parties inadvertently fail to create a guideline with respect to a situation in this contract, the validity of the other provisions in this contract shall remain unaffected. In place of the ineffective or inapplicable provision, or in place of the gap in the contract, an effective or applicable provision shall be inserted that comes closest to the intent and purpose of the ineffective or inapplicable provision. In the event of a gap, the provision must be agreed upon that corresponds to what would have been agreed upon, in accordance with the intent and purpose of this contract, if the parties had considered this situation from the outset.
