Instructions for use: In a small stainless steel saucepan - or an enamel saucepan - the eggs are coloured. Fill the saucepan with 750 ml of cold water - without vinegar - and fill it with the powder. Stir the colour mixture. Carefully place the 5-7 eggs in the water with the colour mixture. The coloured water should completely cover the eggs and be about 1 cm above them. Bring the water to the boil. While heating, carefully stir the powder colour into the water until the dye has dissolved. The green colour will produce a little foam but you should not worry about that. When the water boils, boil the eggs for another 7-10 minutes. Dip the eggs in cold water after dyeing. The dye mixture is for the indicated coloring, with further coloring the color intensity decreases. The natural colors react differently to each egg, resulting in different color shades. The color "matures" as it cools. On brown eggs the color becomes more intense than on white eggs. Discoloration in enamel pans can easily be removed with dishwashing liquid.
