This beautiful Fleroux Venice Puzzle consists of 1000 pieces and measures 68 x 49 cm. Enjoy the view of the magnificent city of Venice, which slowly emerges as you solve this puzzle. Every year on the first Sunday of September, the Regata Storica boat festival takes place on the Grand Canal, beneath Venice's famous Rialto Bridge. During this festival, beautifully decorated historic vessels sail through the canals. But this Fleroux puzzle has a twist! From one of the many side canals, a cargo boat speeds into the Grand Canal, (intentionally?) ramming a police boat. This police boat was on its way to prevent the escape of wealthy mafiosi from Palazzo Civran, which houses the Guardia di Finanza police station. This sets off a chain of events that you can discover as you puzzle. Even our regulars, Bob and Nancy, are involved in this adventure. You'll only discover their fate once you've completed the puzzle! This latest Fleroux Venice puzzle is beautifully illustrated by Frans Le Roux and will appeal to puzzle enthusiasts from all over the world.
