The powerCON TRUE1 TOP is a lockable mains connector with a current rating of up to 16 A. This connector replaces appliance couplers where a very robust solution with locking is required to guarantee a safe power connection. The powerCON TRUE1 TOP is a connector with breaking capacity (CBC) that can be connected or disconnected under load and voltage. The innovative entertainment industry is constantly evolving and placing ever-higher demands on connection systems. In particular, the demand for connectors suitable for applications under extreme and harsh conditions is high. Examples include PA systems, displays and LED screens or lighting systems. Neutrik took on the challenge and developed a new range of True Outdoor Protection (TOP) products for demanding outdoor applications. The new product line consists of powerCON TRUE1, etherCON, and XLR connectors.
