Description
Send passport photos safely and GDPR-proof to your customers. With Secured Cloud Storage from Pixel-Tech you can upload a passport photo with 1 push of a button. A printout is then automatically made with a QR code and link. Your customer uploads the passport photo to participating authorities. Your customer can also download the passport photo himself. Completely GDPR-proof and reliable. You use Secured Cloud Storage in combination with a valid ID Photos Pro license.
Secured Cloud Storage application
Many countries offer the option to digitally upload passport photos. This involves more than 40 different documents, including visas and passports. Your customer does the uploading himself, via the link and QR code on the printout. No Secured Cloud Storage is required to digitally supply passport photos for the Dutch driver's license. ID Photos Pro does have a link with the RDW (via Phocs).
Photos for personal use
Since the GDPR legislation came into effect, you are not allowed to simply send photos by e-mail. This is because passport photos fall into the 'personal data' category. In practice, e-mail is not reliable and secure enough. Secured Cloud Storage also has a solution for that. Via the link on the printout that you give to the customer, the customer downloads the photo as a .JPG file on a computer.
During business hours, Secured Cloud Storage is activated remotely after we receive your payment. This takes a maximum of 2 hours.
