You can store the hooks behind a zippered pocket, so you can use it as a normal shoulder bag after a bike ride. The hooks with screws are suitable for a tube diameter of 6 to 16 millimeters. The first time you adjust these to the diameter of your luggage carrier, so you can easily click the pannier onto and off your luggage carrier in the future. The hooks are then perfectly sized for your luggage carrier. The extra lock between the hooks ensures that the bag cannot easily be pulled off the luggage carrier.
