Allteq Cat5 RJ45 Coupler The Allteq Cat5 RJ45 coupler allows you to connect two network or ISDN cables with RJ45 connectors. An RJ45 connector is an 8-pin modular connector. The RJ45 connectors are also equipped with strain relief and bend protection.
Usage With this coupler, you can easily and quickly connect two Cat5e UTP cables, for example. Very useful if you want to extend a cable a bit, because it's just a little too short. Or when you're going to work at a different location, without knowing what kind of cables are available. In an instant, you insert the cables into the Cat5 RJ45 coupler on both sides and you have a longer network cable without any signal loss.
