Miops Motorized SLIDER+ 40cm

The Miops SLIDER+ is a motorized camera slider that you can control with your smartphone (iOS and Android). This 40cm-long slider allows you to smoothly move your camera back and forth and control it remotely. Combined with the Capsule360, this slider is ideal for taking creative photos and videos. The Miops SLIDER+ is a completely new slider with a completely redesigned motor, electronics, and design.

What can I set with my smartphone?

With your smartphone, you can remotely control both your camera and the slider. For the slider, you can determine the total sliding distance and speed, for example. You can also set waypoints. And what about the step size? You can set this with a precision of 1.1 micrometers, or one thousandth of a millimeter.

You control your camera via the same app. For this, you'll need a connection cable (not included, see optional accessories). This cable transmits the settings you've configured in the app to the camera. Our cable selector will help you determine exactly which connection cable you need for your camera. Which app do I need?

To control the slider and your camera externally, you'll need the free Capsule360 app from Miops. This is available for iOS and Android . The app is supported for iOS 10 and later and Android 4.3 (and later) and connects to the slider via Bluetooth.

Slider appearance

The Slider+ features an internal rechargeable Li-ion battery. Fully charged, it provides approximately 4 to 6 hours of use. The top of the platform has a 1/4" male thread, allowing you to use any standard DSLR camera, mirrorless camera, or action camera. The bottom of the slider has a 3/8" female thread for tripod mounting. The entire unit weighs just 1.4 kg and has a load capacity of 7 kg.

With the Slider+, you can create impressive slide shots and stunning time-lapse videos. You can use the slider standalone, but it's also highly recommended with the Miops Capsule360. This combination allows you to slide your camera horizontally and move it 360 degrees. Because you don't need to touch your camera or the slider, you can count on smooth, stable recordings.
