Description

LOCTITE® 222 is a low strength threadlocker that allows adjustment of screws including countersunk screws and set screws. Suitable for less strong materials such as aluminum or brass where breakage could occur during disassembly. The product is suitable for all metals, including passive materials such as stainless steel, aluminum and surface-treated materials. It has a proven tolerance to light contamination by industrial oils, such as engine oil, anti-corrosion oil and cutting oil. Recommended for light thread locking of adjusting screws, countersunk screws and set screws Prevents loosening of vibrating assemblies, such as pumps, gearboxes or presses Particularly suitable for small thread sizes Dismantling with hand tools is possible P1 NSF Reg.
