Sprouted seeds are rich in essential fatty acids, easily digestible carbohydrates, and vitamins (especially vitamin B). Providing sprouted seeds is highly recommended, as most birds love them.

Nutritional advice:

1. Place the seeds in a clean container in plenty of water and leave to soak for 18 to 20 hours.
2. Then rinse the seeds well and let them drain.
3. Leave the seeds at room temperature, covered with a damp cloth if necessary, and never in direct sunlight.
4. Repeat rinsing the seeds a few more times (every 3 hours) to prevent yeast formation.
5. Feed the seeds to the birds as soon as a 1-2 mm sprout has developed.
