This specially designed model prevents kinks, bumps and/or stretch marks from forming in the hair after wearing a ponytail, for example. The ends of this elastic are not made of iron, as with 'normal' elastics. This means that the Invisibobble is not harmful to the hair. The hair is not compressed in the Invisibobble, but rather distributed. This prevents the scalp from being pulled, which means you don't have a headache at the end of the day. The Invisibobble is water resistant.
