Description
Chain tension wheels guide and tension various types of chains. They compensate for stretch in the chain and ensure smoother running at high loads and speeds. The units consist of a chain sprocket and a deep groove ball bearing. With the KSR..BO series, the inner ring is attached to the shaft using an eccentric clamping ring. The bearing bore of this series has a plus tolerance. This has the advantage that unmachined shafts up to a tolerance h9 can be used at average loads and speeds.
