Product description The energy-efficient yet very powerful GARDENA Pressure Pump 5600 SilentComfort has all sorts of innovative functions. With it, you can cheaply use rainwater or well water to water the garden, or for flushing the toilet, for example. Water from wells, reservoirs, or rain barrels is pumped to the point of use, with a delivery head of 47m (4.3 bar). The flow rate is 5600 liters per hour with a modest power consumption of 900 watts. The pump can pump water from a depth of up to 8m. The pressure pump automatically switches on when water is needed and then switches off again by itself. Because it can draw from the 25-liter storage tank, it operates very smoothly and cost-effectively. The SilentComfort pump for domestic use was developed in Germany and is exceptionally quiet with only XX dB(A) sound pressure at 5 m distance. This is all thanks to the innovative, water-cooled, multi-stage technology. With this technology, no fan is needed because excess heat is dissipated via the water. This ensures maximum efficiency and minimal noise. All functions of the submersible pump,... such as starting or stopping, can be easily controlled with a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth from up to 10 m away. For example, a watering schedule can be created, even when you are not at home. The separately available Soil Moisture Sensor (art. no. 1867-20) can also be controlled for optimal water supply and economical watering during pre-programmed schedules. It is also possible to use a timer, monitor the supply pressure, or adjust the on and off pressure to your personal needs. In addition to creating a watering schedule, you can also control these functions via the buttons on the LCD screen on the pressure pump. A high-quality diaphragm is placed in the 25-liter water tank, so no air needs to be refilled and the diaphragm does not need to be replaced for at least 5 years. The inner diaphragm of the tank is made of a waterproof, multi-layered lining, which protects the housing against corrosion. The integrated coupling between the pump and the tank is made of high-quality stainless steel, which makes it very durable, well protected, and compact to install. The ceramic sealing system with double seal, the dry-running and overheating protection (water and motor), the optional drip water detection, and the integrated filter ensure a long service life. The fine-mesh filter prevents dirt particles from entering the energy-efficient pump or displacement equipment.
