Description
The Inventum cold zone fryer GF431 B has a capacity of 3 liters and a power of 2200 watts. You can easily set the temperature with the dial, up to a maximum of 190°C. The fryer has a removable inner pan and a black housing. The heating element hangs directly in the liquid frying fat. As a result, the temperature sensor responds much faster than with a traditional deep fryer. The fries sear quickly and become extra crispy.
