The 9 liter cocopeat is a bedding for terrariums with reptiles or spiders and environments in which high humidity is desired, such as some lizards or snakes. This natural, organic product expands to seven or eight times its own size by adding water. The coconut fiber retains moisture very well and for a long time, making it perfect for use in rainforest terrariums, humid shelters and other environments where humidity must be constantly high. Of course it is also possible to let the soil dry longer and use it in drier terrariums. Due to its soft structure, the coconut fiber is pleasant for the animal and there is no chance of it swallowing large pieces when catching the prey.
