Besides its design, the SOLO is especially known for its excellent performance. It has one bright LED, producing a light output of 6 candela. This makes you visible up to a distance of 500 meters. The battery-powered versions of the SOLO have a very long runtime of 100 hours. This is excellent for a battery-powered taillight with such a powerful beam. They operate on two AAA batteries, which are included with the product. Low on batteries? Don't panic! The handy battery charge indicator will alert you when you need to replace the batteries.
