Equipped with both a timer and a light sensor, it ensures your connected device is never left on unnecessarily, saving you money on your energy bill. Simply plug the timer into a wall socket and connect an electrical appliance to it. Set the timer (the round knob) to the desired time. Choose from: 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, and 8 hours. The sensor detects when it gets dark. Your connected device will then switch on. The timer time you set indicates how long the device will remain on from then on. The device will automatically switch off after the selected number of hours. This is handy for (outdoor) lighting that can stay on for a while after dusk, but doesn't need to stay on unnecessarily all night.
