This expansion card is designed to extend a desktop PC with additional USB ports via a PCI Express slot. The card is inserted into a free PCI Express x1 slot and adds four external USB Type-A ports. These support USB 3.2 Gen 1 and enable data transfer up to 5 Gbps, allowing multiple USB devices to be connected simultaneously. For stable operation, the card is additionally powered via an internal SATA power connector. The card supports multiple USB speeds and is suitable for use with both modern and older USB devices.
