This can be operated in 3 positions: 1. Unit at the back on, 2. All-round lighting on, 3. Lighting off. Lighting on a bicycle helmet is essential for your safety, especially in low light or in the dark. It significantly increases your visibility, making you more likely to be noticed by other road users. The lighting in the helmet is rechargeable. The complete light unit is easy to remove from the helmet and the charging port is on the back. After charging, click the light unit back into the helmet. The light unit supplies the entire helmet with power, causing all (hidden) lights to illuminate. The lighting can burn for +-4 hours at a time. ERT stands for Energy Reduction Technology, an innovative technology specially designed to reduce impact and rotational forces in the event of a fall. Bicycle helmets made only of EPS mainly protect against direct, linear impact, but in the event of an accident, a rotational force is often released, which can be harmful to the brain. ERT helps absorb and disperse these forces, measurably reducing their impact. The blue ERT padding also has the positive addition that it ensures a very comfortable fit.
